Fireroad is a venture fund focused on helping local small businesses use technology to stay independently owned rather than be replaced by national chains or private equity, and it backs founders who come from the industries they serve, such as restaurants, construction, logistics, and service businesses. It combines cash-flowing small-business acquisitions with venture investing and company building, aiming to operate as a long-term platform focused on decades rather than typical short-term fund cycles.
