Tim Metzner built companies before becoming an investor at Fireroad, helping launch Astronomer (Cincinnati's first unicorn), co-founding OCEAN, and helping build Coterie, and he brings a personal focus on faith, family, and service that traces back to lessons from his father's 49 years of manual labor and union work.
