Before becoming an investor, Andrew Cleland ran nightclubs in college, worked in Booz Allen's media practice, and served as COO of the London music startup TrustTheDJ, and at Comcast Ventures he's built a focused track record backing data, machine learning, and automation companies like Enigma, Lytics, SundaySky, Hive, Osaro, Interactions, FortressIQ, and Paramount Data. He spent years at Time Warner Investments before joining Comcast Ventures in 2011, has sat on the FanDuel board since 2013, and brings an international background to his New York career, having earned an economics master's from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from INSEAD before running a startup in London.
