Donna Litt started out in archaeology and nonprofit fundraising before moving into tech, and she and her brother Joseph Fung have built companies together twice—first TribeHR, which was acquired by NetSuite, and later Kiite/Uvaro, where she helped turn career development into an ongoing two-year membership rather than a one-time program. She also writes fiction, describes mentorship as more of a two-way exchange of stories than formal guidance, and often points back to retraining scholarships for women as a concrete way to open up access and employment for underrepresented founders.
