Eryk Frontczak works full-time at InSoil, a carbon farming company he originally sourced for Contrarian Ventures, while still sourcing early-stage climate-tech deals for the fund in Poland, and he speaks publicly about how carbon farming can give Polish farmers a new source of income by improving soil health and drought resilience alongside emissions reduction. Before joining Contrarian, he spent three years at bValue, where he personally sourced over €20 million in closed investments, and he holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Aberdeen after starting his career at a digital publishing startup later acquired by a Sony subsidiary.
