Before moving into climate investing, Rokas traded inflation and derivatives at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and advised Lithuania's Ministry of Economy, Enterprise Lithuania, and Ministry of Energy through the Kurk Lietuvai program, then went on to found the Alternative Investment Forum, one of the biggest institutional investor events in the Baltics. He was also the first institutional investor in companies like PVcase, BeZero Carbon, and Ember, and outside of investing he chairs a foundation producing a docuseries on Litvak cultural history.
