Steve "Seve" Wilson, Co-Founder and Senior Partner at New Vista, spent his Air Force career turning big defense problems into fast, startup-like challenges, from helping start AFWERX to running a sprint that produced 104 contracts in 40 hours. A former bomber pilot and commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, he built his reputation not just on technology but on designing small, empowered teams and pulling in ideas from small businesses, academia, and everyday Americans to get new capabilities to the people who needed them faster.
