New Vista was built by three leaders from different corners of the U.S. defense world—an aviation and institutional investor, a former Boeing CEO, and a retired general—and focuses on helping startups both rebuild hard-power manufacturing and battlefield logistics and learn how to sell to the U.S. government. The fund invests from pre-seed through Series A, mainly backing U.S. companies while also helping international defense-tech firms establish themselves in the United States.
