Hilary Howe leads Seedcamp's early growth investing from New York, where she helps European founders expand to the U.S. market while backing Seedcamp companies from Series A onwards, offering hands-on support with everything from sales hires to family logistics like finding nurseries. She brings an unusual combination of frontier technology investing experience from her time as Chief Investment Officer at Newlab Ventures and a multi-chapter relationship with Seedcamp, having first joined in 2012 before building a global venture career across Asia and the U.S. and returning in 2022.
