Peter Sinensky has led many of Apollo's biggest housing and homebuilding deals since joining the firm in 2011, including New Home Co, Landsea, Miller Homes, and Olympus Housing Capital, while also taking board roles that go beyond just closing deals. He consistently points to the gap between housing demand and supply as the reason he believes in these investments, and he brings that same focus on market structure to other areas like packaging, where he worked on the Novolex and Pactiv Evergreen combination.
