Rohan Oza built his career as a brand operator before becoming an investor, helping revive Powerade and later serving as the first CMO of Glacéau, where he helped grow Vitaminwater and Smartwater—including striking an early deal to give 50 Cent equity in Vitaminwater instead of a standard endorsement fee, an approach others later copied. He remains deeply hands-on with the brands he backs, obsessing over packaging design and, in the case of Poppi, personally helping shut down and rebuild the company's original branding into its new name and positioning.
