He has built an ecosystem of three interconnected Latino-focused organizations—the Latino Donor Collaborative for research, the L'ATTITUDE conference for convening capital allocators, and L'ATTITUDE Ventures for deploying capital—that work together to address what he sees as structural capital misallocation where Latino founders receive less than 1% of VC capital despite driving the majority of new employer businesses.
