Nordic Foodtech VC was the first Nordic VC fund focused specifically on foodtech, investing in university and research-based B2B food and agriculture technology across the Nordics and Baltics rather than consumer brands. Instead of chasing a single big exit, they back companies that solve business-critical problems for the existing food industry and must be commercially viable from day one, supported by food-industry LPs such as Valio Pension Fund, Heino Group, and Atria producer co-operatives.
